NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

What You’ll Do
- Provide quality assurance/improvement technical assistance and subject matter expertise for local process improvement initiatives.
- Verify and track the implementation of effective improvement strategies to measure and improve outcomes.
- Monitor quality improvement goals, analyze results, and report progress.
- Review incident data, prepare reports, and present trends for management decision-making.
- Conduct incident report training and provide technical support within the region.
- Perform internal investigations of incidents and/or allegations.
- Conduct audits and support teams in preparing for licensing and certification reviews.
- Travel across Portland, Scarborough, Augusta, and surrounding areas of beautiful Maine.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality improvement or a related social services field.

- Valid driver’s license with MVR in good standing.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
