What Youâll Do
- Provide technical assistance and clinical expertise to support quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct medical record audits to ensure compliance with state and company standards
- Review, file, and maintain accurate and organized medical records
- Perform data entry and documentation within the medical records system
- Travel between centers to support audits, training, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with site teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Active LPN or RN license (required)
- 3 years of experience in quality improvement, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driverâs license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (travel required)
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
