This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Nurses Assistant (CNA) – Adult Day Health
Location: West Boylston, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time (40 Hours)
Wage: $18/hour
Bilingual Preferred: Spanish and English.
Sevita is excited to announce an opportunity for a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our Adult Day Health team at the Living Well Adult Day Care. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the health and safety of participants, ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
- Provide hands-on assistance and supervision in daily living activities, personal care, and social integration.
- Support participants in developing independence and maintaining dignity.
- Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities, including community outings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting adults with respect and care.
