Maintenance Lead

- Distribute and monitor the flow of work for Maintenance Workers
- Provide training and technical assistance to assigned workers
- Assist supervisor in ensuring that assigned employees are provided with appropriate resources, materials, and methods
- Maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance program
- Repair and maintain kitchen, housekeeping, and all other mechanical equipment
- Inspect and repair all damages to hallways, walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, and rooms
- Order necessary maintenance supplies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and assist in basic maintenance of facility vehicles
- Keep operational records and data; monitor and enforce observance of safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance or electrical experience
- Working knowledge and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment
- Current contractor license as required by the state
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
