Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Full-time SWING shift
- SWING shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts
- Salary range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience
- Valid CA driver’s license REQUIRED
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k w/company match, life insurance, HSA/FSA accounts and more!) for full-time positions
- Monday thru Friday; 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- NeuroRestorative facility located on North Patterson Ave.
- Residential setting
- 6-bed facility & Adult Day Program
- Paid time off (vacation, sick and personal)
- On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet
- Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
- Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
- Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
- Assist with overseeing nursing and caregiving staff
- Manage medication inventory
- Valid CA driver’s license
- Current state LPN/LVN License
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
- Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
