Part-Time Driver – Foster Care Support

As a Driver, you will safely transport children in foster care to court-ordered family visits in our company van. This role is ideal for someone reliable, flexible, compassionate, and committed to supporting children and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport children to scheduled visits and appointments in your personal vehicle
- Maintain a supportive and professional environment during transportation
- Follow safety guidelines and confidentiality standards
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding schedules and updates
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Six months of human services experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age Educated/trained in mental health competencies
- Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance (if driving for company)
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- Commitment to the company’s mission and values
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
