Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hattiesburg, MS for a Direct Support Professional. The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with daily activities, implementing care plans, promoting independence, and supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals. The Direct Support Professional may also be involved in training sessions, monitoring individual progress, and providing emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for those in their care.

- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
