- Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers providing daily assistance to individuals with disabilities
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and ensure smooth, effective program operations
- Step in to provide hands-on support, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed
- Encourage independence and community engagement by accompanying individuals on outings, work, and activities
- Set the tone by modeling compassion, teamwork, and accountability
- High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education
- Must be 18 with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
