Responsibilities
- Visit local hospitals/facilities/clinics to build relationships for new referral growth
- Work with facility operations to determine whether people we serve meet clinical and financial admission criteria
- Manage family relationships as part of the pre-admission process
- Develop business development and community relations strategies for individual facility markets
- Work with facility operations to create and implement specialized marketing plans to support core growth opportunities
- Assist in maintaining company branding/image standards
- Facilitate community relationships to support clinical growth
- 75% Travel
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Preferred - 2 years of related experience in the healthcare industry
- Driver's license and willing to use personal car to travel
- Salary range- $68,000-$78,000
