📝 Keep Things On Track
Document activities, follow care plans, and make sure everyone’s information stays accurate and confidential.
💬 Build Relationships
Work closely with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers. You’ll become a trusted and positive presence in their lives.
📣 Speak Up
If something’s not right—health concerns, incidents, or safety issues—you report it. You help protect the rights and wellbeing of every person you serve.
Health & Safety (Important but Easy to Learn!)
🏥 Healthcare Support
You may go along to appointments, help with medications (if trained), monitor health needs, and follow emergency procedures. Don’t worry—we train you!
🍽️ Food Fun
Help prep meals, follow dietary plans, and support healthy eating.
🧹 Keep Spaces Safe & Clean
Help maintain a welcoming environment—light cleaning, safety checks, and helping with seasonal chores.
🚗 Get Out In The Community
You might drive individuals to fun outings, appointments, or errands—always safely and following the rules of the road!

The Basics
- Must be 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to complete required 2 week training
- Comfortable with occasional lifting and physical activity
- Starting pay $15-17 per/hr
- Shifts: 11p-7a or full 40 hours from Friday-Sunday
