What You'll Do
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, and other business documents
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Attend meetings and record meeting minutes as needed
- Process administrative paperwork including timesheets, invoices, expense reports, and employment requisitions
- Review and process department documents such as purchase requests, work orders, and activity reports
- Manage petty cash, reconcile balances, and maintain company checking account records
- Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records for efficient retrieval
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and other business partners
- Assist with special projects, data collection, and report preparation
- Maintain company databases, including census and tracking systems
- Track company-issued equipment such as computers, cell phones, and other devices
- Support recordkeeping to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal requirements
- Assist with Human Resources administrative tasks as needed
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff and perform Associate Administrative Assistant duties when required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple priorities
- Travel as needed
- Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
