Available Shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
During tax season, Saturdays are optional for extra hours but not required.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, bilingual, professional, and enjoys helping people.
Main Responsibilities
- Greeting clients; check-in / check-out
- Answering phones and routing messages
- Assisting with basic tax and insurance questions
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning, uploading, and organizing digital files
- Supporting preparers, bookkeepers, and insurance agents
- Light administrative support
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-desk area
Requirements
- Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred but Not Required
- Tax preparation or bookkeeping experience
- Insurance knowledge (auto, home, commercial, etc.)
- Office assistant or receptionist experience
