Cashier / Customer Service Associate
We’re looking for a dependable and outgoing Cashier / Customer Service Associate to join our liquor store team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—providing great service, handling transactions, and helping drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Process transactions accurately (cash & card)
- Check IDs and follow all alcohol sales laws
- Recommend products and upsell when appropriate
- Stock shelves, coolers, and maintain store appearance
- Assist customers with questions and product selection
Qualifications
- Customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, or spirits is a plus
- Must meet legal age requirement
