Copier Service Technician Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair, IT, and mechanical knowledge. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment.
Copier Service Technician Duties:
- Perform field service visits to diagnose and repair equipment issues
-Machine setup and installation on customer networks,
- Conduct software troubleshooting on computer hardware systems
- Canon Service School will be provided (a requirement).
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits-A MUST.
Copier Service Technician Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferred, but will train.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Familiarity with IT systems and software troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
