Severson Supply Co., Inc. is a family-oriented business looking for an outgoing, motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Craig office. If you enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in the equipment, agricultural, or construction industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, your duties will include:
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and shipments
- Manage warehouse inventory and stock levels
- Create sales orders and purchase orders
- Order parts and maintain inventory for stock orders
- Assist walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls
- Work closely with outside sales representatives to provide outstanding customer service
- Perform general warehouse and office organization
- Complete light custodial duties within the office and warehouse
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- General computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Knowledge of wear parts is preferred
- Equipment or construction industry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
