Job Overview
Our high-volume, state-of-the-art collision repair center is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator. We hold multiple high-end, luxury, and premium OEM certifications. You will manage the vehicle intake process, write precise repair plans, and act as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate repair plans using CCC ONE estimating software.
- Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly to identify all primary and secondary damage.
- Leverage OEM repair procedures to ensure factory-certified repair standards.
- Negotiate insurance supplements efficiently to maintain high volume workflow.
- Communicate repair progress transparently with customers throughout the process.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure blueprinting accuracy and parts efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of estimating experience in a high-volume shop.
- Software: Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating and management systems is required.
- Certifications: I-CAR Platinum and OEM certifications are highly preferred.
- OEM Knowledge: Experience working with high-end OEM certification programs (e.g., Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, RIVIAN, Porsche) is a major plus.
- Traits: Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
