Data Analyst

In anticipation of a contract award, we are looking for a Data Analyst who will support the organization by analyzing, maintaining, and validating large data sets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role uses analytical techniques, automated tools, and strong organizational skills to support reporting, tracking, and decision-making needs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, analyze, and validate data across multiple formats and systems.
• Develop and maintain Excel scripts, tools, and tracking mechanisms to ensure accuracy and support operational requirements.
• Apply data acquisition and analysis strategies to draw well-supported conclusions.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite to create, maintain, and organize documents, reports, and communications.
• Maintain operational security (OPSEC) when handling sensitive information and report concerns as required.
  
  

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university (transcripts required).
• At least four (4) years of experience in Data Management or Data Analyst roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Excel scripts or automated checks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and develop tracking tools or worksheets for reporting and productivity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creatively solving problems using data tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in producing high-quality work.
