- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages promptly
- Perform filing and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and supply inventory oversight
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
