What You'll Do as a Cabinetmaker:
- Build custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications
- Set up and operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Machine solid wood, plywood, and other sheet goods with precision
- Assemble, fit, and inspect finished products to ensure exceptional quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while collaborating with fellow craftsmen to complete projects on schedule
Our Ideal Cabinetmaker:
Experienced
Previous cabinetmaking, woodworking, or architectural millwork experience is required.
Technically Skilled
Comfortable operating and setting up woodworking equipment and reading shop drawings and blueprints.
Quality Focused
Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing work that meets the highest standards.
Self-Motivated
Works efficiently with minimal supervision while staying productive throughout the day.
Reliable Team Player
Shows up consistently, communicates well, and contributes positively to the team.
