About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers as a Retail Cafe Team Member. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service that enhances their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Prepare and package all bread, pastry, beverages ordered.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring all products are displayed properly.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Necessary Skills:

Working Schedule:
