Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a safe and timely manner. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, route planning, and driving skills. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Duties:

- Operate a box truck or extended van navigating through busy city streets and highways.
- Unload products to pull carts, check invoice to ensure that all items are handled with care and delivered to the correct locations.
- Drive to various locations, following the most efficient routes to minimize delivery time.
- Interact with customers, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery routes, times, and any issues that may arise.
- Meet or exceed delivery deadlines, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time.
- Safely operate the vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and secure cargo for transportation, ensuring that all items are properly tied down.
- Participate in regular vehicle inspections to ensure that the vehicle is in good working order and clean interior and exterior of the vehicle from time to time.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure that all delivery operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. - Help with inventory pull and re-stocking including loading and unloading. - Learn how to scale variety of fish and learn products that we sell

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating a box truck or extended van.
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 60lbs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating through heavy traffic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and routes.
- A commitment to safety, with a focus on driving defensively and adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
