You will work closely with lead advisors to deliver thoughtful, technically sound, and emotionally intelligent planning support tailored to each client's unique journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in or lead client meetings, provide follow-up support, and help translate complex financial concepts into actionable next steps
- Collaborate with lead advisors to prepare and update holistic financial plans and investment recommendations
- Conduct scenario modeling and cash flow projections using eMoney
- Support planning for key life transitions including divorce settlements, inheritance planning, career changes, and retirement
- Maintain accurate and timely client data in CRM and financial planning systems (e.g., eMoney, RedTail, Vanilla, etc.)
- Champion a culture of mentorship and client empowerment, particularly for women in transformative life stages
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, client education, and community engagement efforts focused on women's financial literacy and independence
- A driven, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional who believes in the power of financial planning to create meaningful life change
- Passionate about supporting and mentoring women through transitions
- Excited to grow your skills under the guidance of a female-led advisory team within the firm and grow our client base
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, ideally in a paraplanner or associate advisor capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High integrity, reliability, and organizational aptitude
- CFP®, CFA, or CPA designation preferred
- Experience with eMoney, RedTail, Fidelity, Schwab, and BlackDiamond is a plus
