Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings, provide follow-up support, and help translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable next steps
- Collaborate with lead advisors to prepare and update holistic financial plans and investment recommendations
- Conduct scenario modeling and cash flow projections using eMoney
- Maintain accurate and timely client data in CRM and financial planning systems (e.g., eMoney, RedTail, Vanilla, etc.)
- Champion a culture of mentorship and client empowerment across diverse client backgrounds and life stages
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, client education programs, and community engagement efforts that promote financial literacy and long-term financial confidence
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years financial planning experience
- Candidates should be detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high integrity
- CFP®, CFA, or CPA preferred (or substantial progress toward attainment)
- Experience with eMoney, RedTail, Fidelity, Schwab, and BlackDiamond is a plus
