Job Description
We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training and development initiatives. You will assist with content creation, training coordination, data management, and help ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for employees.
Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning activities.

Support content creation (presentations, guides, videos, e-modules).

Manage training schedules, attendance, and participant communication.

Collect and organize learner feedback and assessment results.

Maintain and update learning databases and documents.

Support onboarding learning activities for new employees.

Conduct basic research on learning tools and best practices.

Provide administrative support during training sessions (setup, logistics, follow-ups).

Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and training experience.

Support continuous improvement of L&D processes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree student in Psychology, HR, Education, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Basic content creation or presentation skills.

Able to conduct simple research and summarize findings.

Interest in learning, training, and employee development.
