What are the responsibilities and job description for the Servers position at Seven Oaks Country Club?
Seven Oaks Country Club, Inc. is now under New Management! We are currently seeking Servers for our 1978 Tavern to provide exceptional food and beverage service in our dining room. The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, personable, and committed to exceeding member expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve members and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Take orders, utilize POS system, and deliver food and beverages
- Prepare and serve drinks (as needed) following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining, and service areas
- Recognize and build rapport with members
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist with restocking, resetting tables, and overall restaurant support
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong service orientation
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous serving or bar tending experience preferred but not required
