12 months. We are not just hiring a sales manager; we are intentionally recruiting our
future Market Manager. This position serves as a direct, clear stepping stone to the
top leadership role in the Elmira/Mansfield market. The ideal candidate will step into
the GSM role immediately, master our culture and sales operations, and prepare for a
seamless transition into full market leadership.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do (As GSM & Market Manager-in-Training)

• Inspire and Coach: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing multi-media

sales team, elevating account executives into confident, consultative
marketing strategists.

• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop innovative, integrated audio and digital

marketing strategies that deliver measurable value to our local business
partners.

• Immerse in the Operation: Work closely with all internal

departments—programming, creative, digital, promotions, and traffic—to
understand the full scope of our business.

• Prepare for Transition: Actively shadow and collaborate with the retiring

Market Manager to absorb operational, financial, and compliance
responsibilities, ensuring you are ready to take the reins within the year.Qualifications
