About the Role
Seven Keys Vacations is looking for a Vacation Specialist to help guests plan unforgettable stays in the Florida Keys. This role focuses on delivering a seamless guest experience from the first inquiry through check-out. You’ll support reservations, guest communication, and in-stay needs while helping drive bookings and overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with booking vacation rentals based on their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support guests throughout their stay to ensure a smooth experience
- Share local recommendations and property knowledge to enhance guest stays
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation information within the PMS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, or customer service
- Experience with reservation systems or property management systems (PMS) such as Streamline, Breezeway, or similar is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
