Speech-Language Pathologist / SLP ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus) $100,000 Annual Salary Crotched Mountain School & Village, now a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students. About Crotched Mountain School: Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire. Responsibilities
Under the guidance of our Clinical Director, you’ll assess and treat school-aged children with developmental or acquired disorders. You'll work with a fantastic multidisciplinary team to provide wraparound care, collaborate with families, and train staff. • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students.• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.• Train and coach staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment plans.• Participate in IEP meetings and design staff training programs.• Maintain confidential records and complete necessary reports.• Follow ASHA’s Code of Ethics and stay up-to-date with training and certifications.• Promote our organization’s values of respect, kindness, integrity, and innovation.Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.• Professional licensure in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP preferred).• Experience with AAC systems and therapeutic services in natural environments.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong understanding of human development and communication disorders.• Team player with a knack for creative problem-solving.Ready to make a difference?
