Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and mentor LPN staff.
- Establish and oversee medical protocols to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide direct nursing care and ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Promote safety, independence, and overall well-being for individuals in our programs.
- Cover LPN shifts as needed.
- Full-time schedule based on program needs; on-call rotation with agency phone provided.
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- Experience supervising LPNs and managing clinical protocols.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
