- Stetson School is seeking an experienced and motivated Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality training and professional development initiatives.
- Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring staff are well-prepared, well-trained, and supported through comprehensive orientation, ongoing education, and enrichment opportunities.

- Assist with the development and implementation of staff training and continuing education programs
- Organize, coordinate, and conduct new employee orientation programs in collaboration with Human Resources
- Conduct training needs assessments and design, develop, and evaluate learning and development solutions
- Partner with subject matter experts to create, pilot, and refine training initiatives
- Acquire, coordinate, and develop learning materials that meet organizational needs and regulatory standards
- Coordinate conferences, workshops, seminars, lectures, and other learning events that support the mission of Stetson School and its affiliates
- Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and updates within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Serve as a liaison with affiliate partners to assess needs and deliver appropriate learning solutions
- Obtain and maintain certifications required to teach mandated courses
- Perform additional duties as assigned
