BUILDING SERVICES TECHNICIAN

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an experienced Building Services Technician to support the maintenance, safety, and appearance of agency properties and program locations.
This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on maintenance experience who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide direction to maintenance and landscaping staff.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform general maintenance and repairs for agency properties
- Oversee landscaping and facilities activities
- Direct and evaluate maintenance and landscaping staff and participants
- Conduct regular inspections of program locations and document maintenance needs
- Ensure buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment are safe and properly maintained
- Perform or coordinate work involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, roofing, construction, security, and fire safety
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work for quality and code compliance
- Purchase and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with maintenance planning and capital budgeting
- Communicate with regulatory and government agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and safety systems
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating contractors
- Basic computer, budgeting, and mathematical skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, initiative, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
