Adult Services Assistant Area Director – Day Program
Pay: $27.00-$28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm

- Support the Area Director in managing day program operations across assigned sites.
- Oversee service delivery and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Supervise and mentor staff to promote professional growth, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, funding sources, and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in program planning, quality improvement initiatives, and incident review processes.
