Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Complete and ensure that all data is entered into appropriate computer software systems in a timely manner.
- Schedule and maintain conference room calendars
- Assist other departments as requested and approved by the office manager
- Complete general data entry and maintain organized file systems.
- Order and monitor office supplies.
- Respond to client information requests appropriately.
- Direct calls, take messages, greet visitors, and provide receptionist support.
- Assist with secretarial duties and mail distribution.
- Monitor safety and maintenance needs of the office and report concerns.
- Oversee the use and operation of office equipment.
- Support staff as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma and 2 years of related administrative experience or equivalent combination.
- Advanced computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to exercise tact, respect, and good judgment in interactions with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Physical ability to perform essential functions, including sitting for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, and occasional office mobility tasks.
