Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse- MedSurg/Tele Role:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to any irregularities or changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements for the Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Role:
- Active NY RN License
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Minimum of 2 years MedSurg/Tele experience
