Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' ability to perform daily activities and functional tasks.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and participation.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, adaptive strategies, and equipment recommendations.
- Document outcomes and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements:
- Graduate degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Current state Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience with patient evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
