Key Responsibilities of the CT/X-Ray Technologist:
- Perform CT scans and X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Prepare and position patients to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate and maintain CT and radiographic equipment
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and protocols
- Administer contrast agents when required and monitor for adverse reactions
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver accurate results
- Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation
Requirements:
- Active Radiologic Technologist license in Colorado
- ARRT certification required; CT certification (ARRT-CT) preferred
- BLS certification preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of CT and/or X-ray experience preferred
- Strong technical and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
