The Position:
Provides support to the Bar Tenders by keeping liquor, mixes and ice bins stocked. Maintains the appearance of the area behind the bar. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintains and stocks the ice bins, beer cooler, and stock room. Rotates stock and faces forward all labels for easy access.
- Makes sure that bottles of house wine are open.
- Keeps dishes and glasses washed and put away during assigned shift.
- Assists the bar tenders and Sports Bar servers with beer and wine orders.
- Completes side work at end of a shift including but not limited to restocking of bar supplies, walk-in cooler, tearing down wells and general clean up.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
- 6 months experience in customer service or related field required.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Good organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
- Able to follow verbal instructions and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work along with little or no supervision.
- Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
- Current OLCC License required.
- Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
