The Position:
Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the culinary department. Assists the on-duty supervisor to ensure proper food preparation and quality throughout all food outlets.
- Prepares food and ingredients at the beginning of an assigned shift and replenishes during slow periods.
- Creates orders according to menu and supervisor instructions with attention to taste and visual appeal.
- Maintains the kitchen and supply room in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition.
- Assists in maintaining Marketplace inventory, orders, stocks, and rotates items. Dates all perishable items upon delivery. Keeps condiments filled.
- Keeps kitchen clean to include floors walls, ceiling tiles, equipment (inside & out) as well as deep cleaning projects such as fryers, grease traps, shelves and walls.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
- 1 year of cooking experience preferred
- 1 year of cash handling and cash register experience preferred. 18 years of age or older
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions
- Must have administrative/clerical experience
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relations skill
- Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate and OLCC License required
- Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License
- Must maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available)
