Our client is a global leader in HVAC manufacturing with a proven track record of delivering advanced, energy-efficient solutions to the data center sector. Already partnering with major hyperscalers, the company is positioned for aggressive expansion in the North American market.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President to lead data center growth across the Americas.
This is a hands-on leadership role that offers significant impact and high visibility across the business. Backed by robust support from both U.S. and European executive teams, the selected candidate will be instrumental in scaling the organization to its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development efforts across the U.S. data center market, targeting colocation providers, hyperscalers (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Amazon), engineering consultants, and mechanical contractors.
- Deliver against annual performance metrics, including bookings, revenue, margin, and pipeline development.
- Define and implement a targeted sales strategy to expand market share and increase win rates.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals; interface with technical teams to ensure customer alignment.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to support strategic planning.
- Represent the organization at key industry conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience in the HVAC or data center industry, with a strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure.
- Established reputation and extensive network within the data center ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and technical solution development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% across the Americas.
