Seven Executive are partnering with a top 20 pest control services organization, operating in over 20 states across the US for a Commercial Sales Manager position across the Pacific Northwest US (Seattle, Vancouver, Idaho, Spokane, Washington State) The culture is fast paced, and very entrepreneurial, with the business giving lots of autonomy to their leaders to shape their teams.
The organization has been aggressively expanding over the last 5 years and they have sign off for 60 positions, with this Sales Manager position being a vital role in their leadership team.
The person would be responsible for:
- Managing 6-10 sales representatives across their region
- Set clear performance expectations
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and team meetings to drive engagement
- implement strategic sales plans to achieve goals
- Ensure team members realise their potential by providing consistent feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts such as multi family, restaurants, food processing, manufacturers and enterprise accounts.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferrably within home services or commercial services
- 2 years experience in leadership
- Strong leadership skills
