- Directs day-to-day clinical operations of ACT team.

- Supervises, directs, and coordinates completion of comprehensive assessment/reassessment of each consumer.
- Utilizes management tools to help ensure team’s philosophy and goals are in accordance with the ACT model.
- Participates in staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and performance plans.
- Oversees medical record documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Provides on-call crisis interventions and back up according to team’s policy.
- Participates in engaging and motivating team clients in all treatment goals while providing direct service.
- Manages ACT Team in maintaining organization’s required productivity standards.
- Oversees completion of all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with organization’s guidelines.
- Master degree in Social Work, or social services related field required
- Six plus years of of clinical experience. Supervisory background and experience with program management preferred
- Valid Driver's license
