Job Summary
Seven Carrot Learning provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to children who need support learning the skills to thrive in daily life. Our programs focus on improving language, communication, cognition, and daily living skills, while reducing interfering or challenging behaviors. Services are offered in our bright and welcoming clinics in Bourbonnais and Mokena, as well as in the home and community.

We're looking for Behavior Therapists who are playful, dedicated, and excited to make a difference—whether you're already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ready to begin that journey with our full support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children, many on the autism spectrum, using ABA-based teaching strategies
- Build strong rapport with each child through positive, play-based interactions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate data during sessions and complete professional session notes
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with team members and families
- Accept and apply feedback with a growth mindset
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine love for working and playing with children
- Fun, energetic, and patient personality
- Ability to stay actively engaged—walking, running, sitting on the floor, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Comfortable traveling to in-home and community sessions as needed
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Experience in ABA, early childhood education, or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
- RBT certification OR willingness to complete training and become certified (see BACB.com)
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Comfortable using modern technology (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) for session documentation
