Responsibilities
- Deliver direct behavioral therapy sessions based on individualized care plans aligned with ABA principles.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and hygiene routines.
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to develop, review, and update client care plans regularly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of therapy goals and progress.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategies.
- Experience assisting with ADLs, data collection, and implementing ABA therapy protocols in home or clinical settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation practices related to behavioral health.
- School or home-based behavioral experience is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and support their individual needs.
- Commitment to ethical standards and professional development within the field of applied behavior analysis.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
