Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic's scheduling department, ensuring efficient and effective workflows and handling escalations.
- Utilize Ensora practice management software
- Coordinate with other administrative departments (Intakes, Authorizations and Billing) to ensure smooth patient flow and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and implement scheduling office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.
- Provide human resources support, including scheduler training and evaluating administrative staff members.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure compliance with medical management protocols.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical scheduling.
- Proficiency in using practice management software.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Experience in medical scheduling and scheduling department management
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff members, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
