Seven Arrows Recovery is a residential addiction treatment center. We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team. At Seven Arrows, we take pride in providing our guests with a safe and therapeutic environment. The Facilities Manager plays a key role in making that possible. This position supports the Operations Department and is responsible for hands-on upkeep of all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
Facilities Manager Duties:
- Perform routine plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and general repair work, and maintain tools and equipment.
- Identify and inspect facility maintenance concerns, developing and prioritizing solutions to address them.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, codes, and organizational policies.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and facility budgets.

Required Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operational reports, instructions, and correspondence. Ability to write clear correspondence and reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from staff, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to manage budgets and interpret basic financial data.
Ability to apply sound judgment to carry out instructions and resolve problems involving multiple variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheet software.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D (General Educational Development)
Certificates and Licenses:
· Current CPR and First Aid certificate
· Current TB test
· Valid driver's license
· Fingerprint Clearance Card
