About the Role: Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned business that provides construction, program management, real estate & site development, and architecture & engineering services. We work with leading brands nationwide to deliver excellence in multi-site construction.
Summary: The plumber will be responsible for the layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of various structures and fixtures in residential buildings. This role will install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems including hot water tanks, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, tubs, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
• Complete redline drawings.
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
• Install pipes and fixtures.
• Inspect and test installed pipe systems and pipelines.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems.
• Ability to sweat copper plumbing systems.
• Ability to install and repair gas, water and other piping.
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid plumber's license as required by the state and/or jurisdiction where the work is performed.
• Proven experience as a licensed plumber.
• Hands-on experience in working with plumbing materials and components.
• Punchlist experience.
• Completion of OSHA 10 or 30, or ability to complete.
• Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in plumbing.
• Hardworking, reliable, and detail oriented.

• Sense of Urgency.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel.

• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• A willingness to always follow safety guidelines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
