Pay & Benefits

• Competitive pay of $19 to $22 per hour based on experience

• Weekly pay

• Flexible scheduling with morning, evening, and weekend shifts

• Paid leave, accruing one hour for every 40 hours worked

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily personal care.

• Help seniors and adults who need assistance move safely around their homes.

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social interaction.

• Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.

• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.

• Maintain accurate visit records using our caregiver application.

• Follow individualized care plans and company safety procedures.

This is a Non-medical caregiving position. Skilled nursing, medication setup, and managing client finances are NOT part of this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must successfully complete required background screening and Illinois Health Care Worker Registry verification.

• Must complete required health screening and TB clearance before providing care.

• Must complete caregiver training and competency evaluations.

• Reliable transportation to client locations is required.

• Valid Illinois driver's license and auto insurance if driving for work.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

• CNA certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus.

Work Location & Schedule

• We are hiring caregivers throughout DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane, and Kendall counties in Illinois.

• Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours.
