Advanced Practice Provider

We’re looking for a caring, empathetic, and energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy family medicine clinic. You’ll provide thoughtful, personalized care to patients across the lifespan, build lasting relationships, and work closely with a collaborative clinical team.

The position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow toward full-time as your patient panel develops.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic health concerns within your training, credentials, and applicable scope of practice.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness counseling, and patient education.
• Develop treatment plans with patients and support ongoing follow-up and care coordination.
• Document visits accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate with physicians, medical assistants, nurses, and other members of the care team.
• Help maintain an efficient clinic flow while making each patient feel heard and respected.
• Follow clinic policies, evidence-based guidelines, and applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Colorado.
• National certification and eligibility to practice in the role.
• New graduates welcome
• Strong communication and clinical judgment.
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Experience with Athena is a plus.
