Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech provides a broad range of operational and administrative functions for the C5ISR systems, operations of facilities, and infrastructure including program planning, monitoring, scheduling, and control of operation support. Sev1Tech provides program, facility, logistics, and property management services to C5ISR organizations within the military services and the Department of Defense.
Sev1Tech is looking for a C4ISR/C5ISR Senior Solutions Architect responsible for developing solutions and technology offerings across command and control (C2); C4ISR services; mission IT; training; and multi-domain operations programs spanning all DoD Services. This role reports directly to the SVP of Solutions. The C4ISR/C5ISR Senior Solutions Architect should have a broad understanding of Federal Government C4ISR/C5ISR needs and buying histories and future initiatives including JADC2, MDO, cyber defense, ISR, C2 systems, software, and infrastructure. This role will:
- Pull together a portfolio of our repeatable solution offerings, with all the necessary artifacts required throughout the lifecycle that enables our Marketing, BD, Capture, and Delivery teams
- Lead solution design and develop key artifacts including, but not limited to process diagrams and concepts of operation, etc.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Capture teams to develop the best technical and business strategies
- Support innovative responses to government Requests for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for C4ISR/C5ISR services
- Lead technical solution strategy throughout the Capture and Proposal lifecycle, from early Qualification through Proposal submission
- Lead and develop technical solutions and proposals to meet customer technical, schedule, and price requirements
- Understanding of integrating technical solutions with Management, Staffing, and Transition plans
- Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and supporting rationale
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires 10 years of experience in the industry with relevant background in C4ISR/C5ISR
- Demonstrated analytical and process skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to coordinate the efforts of the internal team to create novel solutions for customers
Desired Qualifications
- Experience serving as a Solutions Architect in support of complex C4ISR/C5ISR opportunities to include SETA Support, Systems Fielding, Operations and Logistics
- Prior Capture Management experience
- Familiarity with Army C5ISR/Navy C4ISR systems development and acquisition processes
- Familiarity with major C4ISR/C5ISR acquisition vehicles like RS3, GSA OASIS, GSA ASTRO, and other vehicles
