About Us
We’re a fast-growing company launched in January, already contracted for over 125 commercial-grade EV charging station installations—and growing quickly. We’re building crews to support projects across the Southeast and looking for motivated individuals who want to grow into leadership roles like Foreman.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on, travel-based construction role. You’ll work Monday–Friday on job sites across the Southeast installing commercial EV charging units. No prior electrical or excavation experience is required—we provide training.
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want to build a career and move up as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, shoveling, and site prep
- Assist with running conduit and installing EV charging equipment
- Support excavation and basic construction tasks
- Travel to job sites Monday–Friday with crew
- Follow safety procedures and project timelines
- Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8 hours/day
- Willingness to travel weekly (Monday–Friday)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (Not Required)
- Construction, electrical, or excavation experience
- Experience driving trucks and trailers
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
